The operating terms, safety rules, and billing expectations that apply when you use Blush.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, browsing, registering for, or using Blush Dating And Match, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional in-app rules shown before purchase or account actions. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Eligibility
Blush is limited to adults 18 years of age or older. Underage access is not permitted, and accounts created by minors may be removed immediately without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
Accurate profile details
You must provide truthful information and keep it updated.
One person, one account
Multiple accounts, impersonation, or credential sharing are not allowed.
Secure login
You are responsible for account security and must protect your password.
Prompt reporting
Security issues and unauthorized access should be reported to info@blush-app.com.

Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered through the App Store. Final pricing, renewal terms, and regional taxes are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the App Store before the renewal deadline.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, website, branding, copy, graphics, and software are owned by Blush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works except where allowed by law.
7. Service Disclaimer
Blush is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the platform secure and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, match outcomes, or the behavior of other users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be communicated in-app, on the website, or by email before they take effect.
