To provide a safe dating experience, we may collect profile details, account credentials, uploaded photos, device information, approximate location for discovery, and usage events such as matches, messages, and reports.
Profile data
Name, age, gender preferences, profile bio, interests, and photos you choose to upload.
Technical data
Device type, app version, language, country, browser data, and events needed for performance and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to create compatible suggestions, prevent fake accounts, moderate reports, send operational notifications, and improve product stability. We only use location data for discovery and never expose precise coordinates to other users.
Matching
Profile and preference signals improve the quality of potential connections.
Safety
Reports, verification steps, and suspicious behavior checks help keep the community adult-only and abuse-resistant.
Support
Contact requests and deletion tickets are used only to resolve the issue you submitted.
3. Sharing & Processors
We share data only with trusted service providers needed to run the product, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or billing providers. These partners may only process data on our behalf and under contractual or legal restrictions.
We may also disclose data if required by law, valid legal process, or when necessary to protect users, rights, or platform security.
4. Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app through Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the dedicated Delete Account page or email us.
Once a valid deletion request is confirmed, personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
